Hi davidmasse07, I am happy to assist you. Let’s try resetting the range by either flipping the household circuit breaker off or unplugging it. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn the range on. If the resetting the range does not correct the issue, then the unit may be experiencing a communication issue with the EOC (electronic oven control), faulty thermal fuse or elements. At this point, I would recommend having a service technician to diagnose the problem before investing in unnecessary parts.
