Unit Will Fill With Water But Will Not Agitate Or Drain

Does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. Supposing that it does not, the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with either the pump or timer. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
