Good Morning mmanis - Often when a unit will not shut off, it is because the washer is possibly experiencing a communication failure with the control board, or has a faulty fill vale or switch. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. Wait roughly ten minutes and turn on the washer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the issue persists. If the water continues to fill even after the unit is turned off, at this point I strong would recommend contacting a professional to accurately diagnose the washer to determine the root cause to reduce the risk of unnecessary parts.
