Wash Drum Hard To Turn Manually

washer drum is very hard to trun manully and sitcks. Will not go to spin scyle it stops and starts inthe cycle. woudeing if it is the Rear Outer Tub Shell with Bearing or is it something else?

From my understanding the drum inside of your Frigidaire washer is hard to turn manually. It sounds like you could have a potential issue with your rear bearing, pulley, or belt. If one of these components has become faulty it could need to be replaced. Regrettably, this is not a simple DIY job.
