Front Load Defaults To Spin Cycle, Won't Begin Wash Cycle.

From what you have mentioned above, your unit is in need of a diagnostic repair. Sounds like you may need a new control board which is the brains of this unit. If you have tried to unplugged the unit's power and hard reset the unit, and still no change in the performance, then you are in need of a service call. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer, depending on how old the unit is, you may have a limited warranty on it or the parts.
