Good Morning, thanks for posting this question! If there are no error codes being displayed on the front of the appliance it sounds as if the drum is out of balance. If you take everything out of the appliance, reset it at the power source (unplug or turn the circuit breaker off), and retry a spin cycle but notice no difference in performance I would contact a professional technician. Additionally, I would try to turn the drum manually when not in use. Do you feel any resistance or does it move freely? If it does not move freely, there is an issue with the bearing system that rotates the drum; as it may be seized in one place. This is not a typical do it yourself procedure so for your safety I would advise to contact a service professional.
Stay in touch and let me know what else you experience with the appliance and I will assist as much as possible.

Hope this helps!

Chris
