Hello pturcotte1 – From what you are describing, more than likely the oven door has a faulty door lock assembly and the warm drawer is possibly jam. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household breaker to the off position. Wait approximately two minutes, turn on the range and try to open the door. If these troubleshooting steps prove ineffective, you may wish to contact a professional to proceed further.
