Good Afternoon cindaclark - Typically error code F20 indicates a communication failure between the EOC (electronic oven control) and ESEC (electronic surface element control) system. Try reprogramming the unit by flipping the household circuit breaker off or by unplugging it. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn the range back on. If issue persists, then more than likely the EOC will need replacing. At this point, I strongly recommend connecting with a professional to move forward accurately and to assist with the repairs.
