Removing The Vent Grill To Change Charcoal Filter.

I read the owner's manual, but can not remove the vent grill. The vent grill srews are easily accessed and removed. It is not clear how the grill pulls away from the unit to access the charcoal filter. I am looking for a youtube video to show this.
