On the washers for Frigidaire they typically come up on the display screen when it is ready for a system clean. The old fashion way to do it is drop a cup of bleach and / or white vinegar in the unit with no clothing, and run a hot sanitize cycle completely. This is basically all the cleaning cycle is except you're adding extra cleaning solutions.
