Refrigerator That Is Not Cooling

I recently purchased a used Frigidaire galaxy from my neighbor it was working fine I put it into my dining room to let cool I moved it in place into my kitchen and in the refrigerator side , did not to cool down its on 60 degrees in freezer side is on 0. I tried adjust the temperature unplugged it 30 minutes try to let it reset still 60 degrees
