Ice Maker Not Working
Have had refrigerator for 3 days still no ice. Water works fine

Hello Judybenagh - From what you are describing if the ice maker is not making ice but is dispensing water, sounds like the refrigerator could possibly have a frozen water line, faulty ice maker valve or bad component that sends power to the ice maker valve when needed. The ice maker cycles internally to call for water. I would contact a certified technician to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause. the problem with mine was the wires leading from the ice mold heater, tray that holds the water. take mirror and look up at the leads and see if the wires are broken from stress, ice mold moving back and forth.I soldered the wires back and covered with shrink tubing. Then replaced fuse on micro processor on back of refrigerator and back to making ice!
