Hello Keelyinla! Thanks for posting your concerns recently. From what you have described, and in my experience, ice forming on the inside of any cooling appliance indicates one of two things: blocked vent or passage (in which the air travels through) or an air leak (such as a damaged door seal or left open door). Check the door seals all around the unit for any damages or cracks. Also ensure that the doors are not left open for any long period of time without notice. If you do not see any physical issues please contact a professional service technician to assess the unit in its current state. You may have an internal blockage that needs to be corrected right away.
