The NCAL code on your Frigidaire FGEF3044KF indicates that there is a problem with the oven temperature sensor. The oven temperature sensor is a small metal probe that is located in the oven cavity. It measures the temperature of the oven and sends this information to the oven control board. The oven control board then uses this information to regulate the oven temperature.

If the oven temperature sensor is not working properly, the oven may not heat up properly or it may overheat. In some cases, the oven may not turn on at all.

There are a few things you can try to fix the NCAL code on your Frigidaire FGEF3044KF:

Check the oven temperature sensor. Make sure that the oven temperature sensor is properly inserted into the oven cavity. If the sensor is not properly inserted, it may not be able to measure the temperature of the oven accurately.

Clean the oven temperature sensor. The oven temperature sensor may become dirty or clogged over time. This can prevent the sensor from measuring the temperature of the oven accurately. You can clean the oven temperature sensor using a mild soap and water solution.

Replace the oven temperature sensor. If you have checked the oven temperature sensor and it is properly inserted and clean, but the NCAL code is still displaying, then the sensor may be defective. In this case, you will need to replace the oven temperature sensor.

You can find a replacement oven temperature sensor for your Frigidaire FGEF3044KF online or at a local appliance parts store.

If you are not comfortable replacing the oven temperature sensor yourself, you can contact a qualified appliance repair technician for assistance.

Here are some additional tips for troubleshooting the NCAL code on your Frigidaire FGEF3044KF:

Reset the oven. To reset the oven, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds.

Check the oven circuit breaker. Make sure that the oven circuit breaker is turned on. If the circuit breaker is tripped, reset it.

Check the oven power cord. Make sure that the oven power cord is properly plugged into the outlet.

Contact Frigidaire customer support. If you have tried all of the above and the NCAL code is still displaying, you may need to contact Frigidaire customer support for further assistance.

Hello dd69lovebird - Generally, NCAL is a generic error code. Let's try resetting the range again by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. It is important to wait approximately ten minutes and then turn on the unit. If issue persists, then the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with a wiring failure, EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or faulty bake or broil element. I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to narrow down the precise issue before investing in parts that may or may not be the root cause.

Please response if this answer is acceptable and solw your problem thanks
