Hi There.. My Frigidaire Cooker Door Is Locked

i was cooking my diiner and a spark came from the hotplate, and the door automatically locked.. I tryed un pluging it and it didnt work.. How do i open the door.????? the rings are still working

Hi alangibbons312 - Try to turn the circuit breaker off to the home for about 10-15 minutes, and then retry the unit. If the door does not unlatch then either the door latch assembly or main control board need to be replaced, since they are not communicating correctly. Consult a professional at that point to be safe.
