Excessive Frosting
My freezer frosts excessively at the top, forming ice on top of the inside portion of the door and the top of the freezer that gradually pushes the door open if I don't break it off regularly. We replaced the door seal, to no effect. Also, should there be ice IN the door? When I defrost the freezer, water runs out of the door. Thanks

There could be various reasons why your freezer is building up frost. There could be a faulty defrost thermostat or the vent from the freezer has been blocked and is forcing air back into the unit.
If we may suggest checking to make sure that items in the freezer are clear from the vents or walls in the freezer since you have already replaced the door sealed. If this is not an issue, it may be more of a technical issue and an authorized service provider would be able to better diagnose the issue.
