Why Will My New Ffmv164lsa Not Cook?

Everything else seems to be working - fan, lights, turnstile, keyboard, but nothing cooks no matter what setting we put it on. What are we missing? We think we have done everything properly on the install. Thanks.

Hey slnale, thank you for your post! From my understanding your Frigidaire microwave is not cooking. I understand that you have reviewed the install and all the features work on your appliance except it does not heat. It sounds like it could be a possible problem within your control panel or magnetron. You should seek assistance from a professional to properly diagnose and repair your microwave, since it could be any one of these underlying issues. I hope this is helpful. –Chris
