My Frigidaire Continues To Beep And I Am Unable To Adjust The Temp

Hello juliecmx - Usually the unit beeps to inform that the door(s) have been open for longer than ten minutes or it indicates a warning of a possible malfunction (unsafe temperature). Usually the interior lights shut off and this protects the liner from melting due to the heat produced by the light bulb. The alarm can be silence by pressing the ALARM OFF button. However, if you have already done so, try unplugging the unit or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and turn on refrigerator. If it proves to be ineffective, connect with a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issue. Refrigerator could possibly be experiencing a communication problem with the temperature control/board or wiring failure.
