If the airflow is restricted or blocked your oven can overheat which cost it to shut off.

Typically it is not normal for the flames to go out and come back on several times during a cooking process. Since the range was recently converted to LP, who installed the kit? If you did yourself, I would strongly suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately. The tech would need to confirm that the unit is set to the appropriate fuel, electronic is aligned properly, air regulator possibly needs to be adjusted or burner has the wrong orifice in it. However, if you do not want to contact a professional here are some steps that you may try to adjust the air regulator (since this is a gas unit, please be very cautious due to liability and safety reasons).

Test surface burners to verify if "LOW" setting should be adjusted:

  1. Push in and turn control to LITE until burner ignites.
  2. Push in and quickly turn knob to LOWEST POSITION.
  3. If burner goes out, reset control to OFF.
  4. Remove the surface burner control knob.
  5. Insert a thin-bladed screwdriver into the hollow valve stem and engage the slotted screw inside. Flame size can be increased or decreased with the turn of the screw. Turn counterclockwise to increase flame size. Turn clockwise to decrease flame size. (Instructions are usually found on the manual, figure 19 & 20).

Adjust flame unit you can quickly turn knob from LITE to LOWEST POSITION without extinguishing the flame. Flame should be as small as possible without going out.

I hope this is helpful? PLEASE "ACCEPT" and mark it "HELPFUL" to complement my little effort. Hope to bring you more detailed answers
