How Do You Calibrate Oven Temperature?

I am 2 oven thermometers and they are consistent in their readings but the oven seems pretty far off. At 350 degrees on the control panel, the oven inside temp is around 300. At 450 degrees on the panel, the oven temp is 400. Is this something that can be corrected without too much trouble?
