Racks Will Not Go Back In

Oven is one week old- cleaned due to oven spill. Racks will not go back in. Called 800 # and they gave us several approved services companies to call. Waiting for return calls.  Is there anything you can recommend we do? Anything you recommend we ask of the service company or of Frigidaire? Very disappointed that something obviously happened during the high temp clean! One week we have it and can't cook in ti!  Appreciate your response.
