Washer

Im working on a washer dryer combo Model # FEX831FS4. We have recently replaced the water pump, it worked when we did this. Now the washer will start but will not pump water to the drum. Can you help??

Hello Anonymous-88903 - First, does the drain pump make a humming noise? If so, you possibly have a restriction in the drain line. Try setting the cycle to spin only and verify if water pumps out. If you have already replaced the pump and issue continues then the unit could possibly be experiencing an issue with the timer, control board not communicating correctly or a faulty door lock assembly. In this case since it is such a complex unit, I suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately to properly diagnose and repair the washer.
