Good Morning Vaushaun,

I see that you are having trouble with your Frigidaire stackable washer, model# FEX831FS0, not draining. There are a few things you can check:

1) Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or clogged in any way.

2) Make sure the drain pipe is not clogged in any way.

3) Make sure the drain hose is only 6-8 inches down inside the drain pipe.

If everything is good with the drain hose and drain pipe, I suggest giving your appliance a hard reset. You will do this by either unplugging the appliance or shutting the power off at the circuit breaker for 2-3 minutes. After plugging the washer back in, start a load of wash. If you are still noticing that your appliance is not draining, I suggest calling your local authorized technician. Hope this helps.

-Best Regards-
