My Wash/dryer Combo Ffle2022mw2 Does Not Agitate Or Rinse Because Of Low Pressur

I think I have too low a pressure. It starts the cycles but many times beeps 3 times and drains, Same in rinse cycle 3 beeps and drains. In diagnostic it gives an E11. Anyway to get around this?
