Fafw4011lwo Normal Cycle
My FAFW4011lwo washer doesn't fill on normal. We've had this problem before. The repair guy reset the error code but it is back.

I understand you are having trouble with water filling the tub in the normal cycle setting. Your question sounds like a factory reset was performed previously.
