Washer Fafw3511kw Rips Holes In Clothes And Leaves Rubber Residue.

Hello - Try putting your hand in a pair of pantyhose or a nylon stocking (one you don't care about ripping) and run it slowly along the drum and agitator to see if it catches on anything. Even though you may have felt with your hands you might have missed something that is causing the snags. The inside of the holes can rust and material catches on it even though you don't feel it with your hands. If you find a snag you can actually take household sandpaper and sand the area(s) down yourself to fix the problem. The only other option would be to look at replacing big internal components of the tub and that is probably why it is causing a rubber residue. I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.
