My Wash Is Showing A Call Service Code 21 On The Screen Can You Help Me?
During a wash cycle my washer stoped and a call service code 21 came on the screen. I mashed the cancle button and finally got the door to open. If you turn the drum by hand you can hear water in the drum. If you mash the start button it only the buzzer sounds but nothing happeneds. Do you any sugestions on what to do?

Hi. This means the water is not pumping out fast enough, The likely reason is because the drain filter is clogged. Pull the machine out from the wall then take the panel out in the rear. Once the panel is off you will see the drain pump, Disconnect the drain pipe between the tub and the pump, inside the pipe you will find the drain filter, Clean this out then put the machine back together and try a cycle, you should be all set :)
