Door Latch And Hinge

Our frigidaire affinity door hinge works itself loose each time you use it. Because of this the door catch (opposite side of the latch) needs replacing. Can you point me to a part # for the catch? I also need to find a solution to securing the mounting bracket to the hinge so it doesn't need tightening so you van close the door? thank you for your help. erin
