2006 Explorer

my wifes 06 explorer power points have no power and I do not have an owners manual.I need to find the fuse and have been told there is multiple locations. Some say under the hood and others say under the dash. There are just numbers on the box covers and need to know which number to check. Also if it is under the hood or dash. Thank you..
