Rear Liftgate Window Won't Open.
I've tried to remove the interior trim panels but can't get the back ones off.

How do you open the back window on a 2003 Ford Explorer?
Make sure all the doors are unlocked by using the remote. Turn the lever/handle the opposite way used for opening the hatch. It will reveal a rubber button. Depress the button and the rear window should release independently of the door.
