Serpiten Belt Comes Off When Raining.belt Tensioner And Belt Replaced 1 Yr.ago.

Belt tensioner blew apart Nov 2013 had belt and tensioner replaced at the garage.water pump is 1yr in half old .replaced idler pulley 2 yrs. Ago.back before Christmas belt came off,was raining. Wife went to work this morning called me told me the belt had. Came off again hit a pot hole and raining again today.have any ideas what's causing this.thanks
