No Power To Oxygen Sensors

the oxegen sensors only have power ran to them when they are being heated, before they are warm from exaust. The oxegen sensor then starts produceing voltage based how the exhaust is heating it, The oxegen sensors have zerconium in them that produce voltage when heated, the voltage is what tells the computer the fuel mixture a lean exaust will produce more heat and a higher voltage, the voltage is read in milivolts
