Why Can't I Return An Unopened Curing Iron With A Receipt?

I brought back hair straightener a few hours after purchase and was denied my return do to a store policy that does not allow returning electronics. I have looked at the company's policies and don't see that anywhere. How do I get this returned?

I bought a pair of wire less ear buds and one of them didn't work. I didn't buy the dam things for just one to work I mean come on that makes about as much sense as the person who made the policy for electronics. Think about it moron. If you buy a product and it don't work that just makes you think that the brand you just got screwed by, what makes you think the brand selected is gonna give a person crap in the near future. Now less then four hours after u was forced to exchange a product I now have another one ear device. Now your saying I am stuck with this product. I really hope you have allot of money and resources to because the 15 dollars you ripped me off of, will cost you an easy 5 grand by the time we go through court for selling a junk product. I got nothing but time so I suggest before I consult with my attorney that you do the right things and return my money. You can not sell junk products because that is fraud and you only made this ridiculous rule because all your products are garbage. I will never shop at your store again and I can guarantee you just lost twenty plus daily shoppers probably costing the store over 500 dollars a day over 15 dollars.
