You can't. It's that simple, once it has been it's been deleted it cannot be brought back up it is gone for good. On your wall AND on your friends posts. If someone says there is a way, they are wrong. And if you find software or a file online that says it can retrieve it DO NOT download it, it will not get it back and more than likely has a virus, trojan, or is a phishing scam.
