Recovery Of Deleted Post

I am seeking to recover a deleted post from my Facebook page for investigatory purposes. An inappropriate comment regarding a family member of mine was posted to my page and I am seeking to recover the aforementioned post that I had deleted. My account is currently deactivated. Can the post be recovered and must my account be active to accomplish that end?

I'm sorry but once a post is deleted, you cannot recover it.
