How To Get Past The Malware Checkpoint?

The help centre that facebook provides as a sole means of customer support has nothing about how to bypass the malware checkpoint. The other day I was using facebook when the site logged me out after a FB game posted a status on my timeline. Then I was told that I had malware on my system, so I used my already installed virus checker to scan my PC. I came back clean, so I wanted to log into FB again, but it will not allow me access unless I install their choice of virus checker (one I never heard of). I object to being forced to install software to go on using facebook and I want to speak to a human being about how to get back in without the annoying Checkpoint system. I don't have a malware infection and nothing has been posted on my facebook account without my permission, their message is misleading and their help centre doesn't acknowledge that there would ever be a problem with login caused by the Checkpoint system.Is there anyway I can use Facebook again without installing some dubious and unnecessary software being pushed by Facebook?

It sounds like you're the victim of a phishing site (a fake website that poses as a real one for malicious reasons). Facebook has nothing like what you've described. I recommend having your computer checked out by a local repair shop to make sure you haven't isntalled any viruses.
