I Can't Get My Login Notifications Turned Off

I have got a new number my old phone was smashed so lost all contact to Facebook all I want is my log in code I have send mine and my sons birth certificate and a recent bank statement provided my name date of birth and my address still no access I wonder weather I want to also change my phone number to my email many thanks Rachel davis
