Can Anyone Help Find Contact Details For Facebook As They Wont Respond To Emails

I have been trying to access my facebook account with no luck due to the fact my e-mail account expired and i have forgotten my password i have since reactivated the e-mail account and contacted facebook customer services on numerous occasionsthey have not responded to any of my e-mails and i am very upset about the lack of help received please could you shine light on the matter of how to regain access to my account this would be much appreciated Emily Pinnock

First of all, Facebook does not respond to emails. When you have a problem, they have specific contact pages depending upon the problem. In any case, since you now have access to the (old) email account, please follow these directions:

Try resetting your password by filling out the requested information here. Once you have done this, check your email account for a password reset email. Try resetting your password using the link provided in this email.
If you did not receive the password reset email, check your email account’s spam and junk filters.
If you did not find the password reset email in your spam or junk filters, click here.

If you no longer have access to your the email address you use to log in to Facebook, please refer to the section below.

If you registered a user name, try logging in using your user name and password. A user name is your personalized Facebook URL (web address) and appears in the location bar of your browser after "http://www.facebook.com/" when you view your profile. After logging in, visit the Settings tab on the Account page to locate the email address you use to log in.
Ask one of your Facebook friends to view your profile and send you the email address listed on your account.
- To do this, ask your friend to click on the "Info" tab on your Profile page and scroll down to "Contact Information."
- Once you receive this information, try logging in with that email address.
