Facebook unfortunately does not currently offer direct one-on-one user support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages)
Turn to Facebook's help discussions

The most common reason for disabling an account is use of a fake name. Facebook requires real first and last names. You'll find more details on this Facebook page.

You can request a review of that situation here. Write from the login email address associated with your disabled account and include a brief description of your issue.
