Friend Used My Pw For Ie, Fb Uses Her Name On Both Our Accts...

My friend used my password to sign on to IE, now FB has her name on my acct. She shows 2 accts, I have none. I can't access my acct, I tried to change my password and now my page shows her name when it opens page. How do I fix this?
