Need Help Getting Into Fb Acct.already Changed Pw And Did Captias.says Contact O

Need help signing into FB.Havent used acct for about7 mo as I was ill and in hospital.Am also using different computer.so it made change pw and use captias then it locked my acct and said contact operations.well there is no place anywhere that says operations and there is no telephone no to speak to a live person.
