Facebook Message Gone. Need Call Center No.

Hi. One of my facebook message in the inbox was disappeared yesterday. I did'n delete it. I did'n do anything. Is there anyway to retrieve it ? Is there an email or phone number to contact the official facebook call center? The message is deeply important to me. Thank you very much for your kind help. Aekkasit Diewwanit
