As your question correctly observes, Facebook does not currently provide phone support or one-on-one email support. The reason is to avoid the huge labor costs that would otherwise accrue to what is after all a free service. Your best bet is to consult its Help Center. Once there, you could either drill down to the appropriate area of your concern, or use the search bar at the top.
