I Keep Putting My Mobile Phone Email Address Into Facebook's Request For Them To

I keep putting my mobile phone emal address into Facebook's request / demand for them to reconnect me. I don't know why they won't accept it. Now they say I have tried too many times, and for several days they continue to deny me to log in. I have not been a customer for very long, and I have only posted a few things. Only 2 weeks. What an outfit ! Please help.

Sorry you're having problems. Unfortunately, once a suspension of this nature has been imposed, it is removable only with time.

Consider these suggestions from Facebook:

Try using your username (ex: https://www.facebook.com/username) and password to log in. If you don't know your username, ask a friend to go to your profile (timeline) and find it for you.
Try entering any other email addresses or phone numbers you might have added to your account. If you've added a mobile number to your account, you can log in by entering that number in the Email field. Start with the country code and remove any leading zeroes and symbols.
Ask one of your Facebook friends to view your profile (timeline) and send you the email address listed on your account. To get to your email address, have your friend:
- Go to your profile (timeline) and click on the Info.
- Scroll down to Contact Information and copy down your email address.
If you still can't get into your account after trying the suggestions above, try locating your account on the password reset page.
