Unable To Login To Existing Account

My mother, Annette Harris White of Tampa Bay network, Florida has been unable to login to her account for several days for an unknown reason. She is not able to get a password from the website or a code. She has sent numerous emails and got no where. I live in NJ and cannot communicate with her until you hook her back up. PLEASE send her a password for her account so we talk again....I miss her!
