Whenever I Try To Login Into My Face Book Account It Asks To Enter A Code Sent T

whenever i try to login into my face book account it asks to enter a code sent to my mobile number to verify that i am the real person using the account but i have not received any code and this is happening after every 4-5 days which is troubling me a lot.
