Try to reset your password by clicking the link below

https://www.facebook.com/recover.php

use your email instead of your phone to send the reset code. Then, go check your mail inbox, if not there, look at the spam folder.

Once your code is received, enter them on the link below

Keep trying to reset it. There is no way to call or email Facebook, tech support. For some reason they don't want anyone directly contacting them. Everyone is forced to use the online forms. There really is no toerh way.

She can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send her an email with a link to reset your password. This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.
