Help Me Recover My Original Facebook Account Forgot Password

The number and email I used when setting up my account several years ago are no longer active and I forgot my password so how can I get back into my fb account

well type your username and then click forgot password option .you will be redirected to password resetting page.you can now click on the recover account using the second maid ID given during the time of account formation or by receiving a message to the registered number given during the account formation.you can recover your by doing this.

Go to the Facebook login page and click Forgot your password? or Can't login? in the top right.
Fill out the form to identify your account.
Select I forgot my password on the next page if prompted.
Look at the list of email addresses listed on your account. If you don't have access to any of these, click No longer have access to these?
