Senior Want/need To Talk To Someone In Person Re Facebook Account .

Need to speak with a person re facebook account. On dialup so can't get text or message with security number to finish step to sign in as well by time #emailed to me it is no longer valid they say . I'm a senior new at this and just want to talk with family who are all on fb. Is there no way to speak with live person like all other companies?I've been trying to get back on fb for 4 weeks night & day but there is always some kind of problem so i never get to that last step. Facebook knows I'm having trouble as they sent email saying sorry but I still have to start at beginning every time I try to get into fb!! Please help me someone...

Facebook unfortunately does not currently offer personal support. There are basically three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.
Use the help search bar at the top of that page (and the other help pages).

Turn to Facebook's help discussions.
