Reset Password.keep Getting Security Box W/letters Won't Accept New Password,

purchased new computer. forgot password. submitted new password,wrote it down. Facebook kept putting up the security boxes w/letters. Then, asked security question.I gave all necessary info. still would not let me on. Next informed me that my usage suspended..I DO not want to change password I just selected. hard enuf to remember all the passwords for every little site. Please help get this straightened out..

Greetings - Try to follow the foregoing instructions

On the facebook's login page > click "forgotten password?" > enter your Mobile number or Email Adress or Full Names (any one you remember to the three) > enter the characters your see to prove that you are a human being and not a machine and hit Search/Submit > look at the clues of email(s) and mobile number(s) > continue> then select where you wish to have the password reset code sent to (between email and mobile) and hit Continue > check the code and enter it into the supplied box > Enter your new password.

If you neither have access to your attached email nor the attached mobile number, go back to the facebook login page again and click on 'Forgot Password' > and then enter the old number and click 'Search'> look for 'nolonger have access to these' and click it on the page that appears with account clues > then enter your new number and conirm it as prompted click 'continue' - follow the new instuctions

try this method : How do I reset my password?

If you're logged out of your account and you can't remember your password:

You can request a new password by clicking the Forgot your password? link on the Facebook login page. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you're logged into your account:

Click at the top right of any Facebook page and select Account Settings
Click on the Password section
Enter your current password and a new password and save your changes

Password Tips:

Use a different password than the ones you use for other sites or services
Make sure your password is long and strong: use a combination of at least 6 numbers, letters and punctuation marks
Don't use words found in the dictionary
